VEGETABLE SANDWICH SPREAD | |
1 cucumber 1 bell pepper 1 tomato 1 carrot 1 onion 1 env. unflavored gelatin 1 pt. mayonnaise Prepare vegetables and chop fine. Soften gelatin in 2 tablespoons water. Mix some mayonnaise to blend, then add all other ingredients. Store in covered container. This will keep for 1 week. |
