BAKED FISH VEGGIE 
1/2 c. zucchini, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 lb. fish fillet
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. butter
1/8 tsp. paprika

Place half of vegetables in baking dish. Season fish with salt and pepper and place on top of the vegetables. Cover with remaining vegetables. Add water, dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
