COCONUT PIE 
1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 c. self-rising flour
1 c. coconut

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Mix well. Add milk and flour. Blend well. Add coconut. Pour into 9-inch pie pan, greased with butter. (This pie makes its own crust.)

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until it sets in the center. Let cool before cutting to serve.
