YUMMY CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS 
A little messy on the hands but very delicious!

1 lb. chicken drumsticks, cleaned (skin on or off... your choice)
1 env. Lipton dry onion soup mix (I strain the onion pieces out as they tend to burn)
3 1/2 oz. apricot preserves (about 1/3 of a 10 oz. jar)
3/4 cup Russian dressing (Wish-Bone or Kraft)

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Place chicken in ungreased glass baking dish. In a separate bowl, mix together remaining ingredients until well blended. Brush onto chicken generously until no mixture is left.

Bake at 375°F for about an hour. Enjoy!
