FRENCH PASTRY 
1 cube butter
1 c. flour
1 c. water
4 eggs

Boil butter and water. Take off stove and beat in eggs, one at a time. Press on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 cube butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Powdered sugar for thin icing
1/2 tsp. almond

Cream together. Frost pastry.
