SUMMER SALAD 
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. oil
Dash of salt
Sliced onion
Sliced green pepper
Sliced tomatoes (red and yellow)
Sliced cucumbers

Dissolve and marinate the salt, onion, green pepper, tomatoes and cucumbers. Add all together. Let sit for 2 hours in refrigerator. Keep juice for next salad.
