CHRISPY OAT COOKIES 
1 c. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. regular oats (uncooked)
1 c. cornflakes
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 c. raisins

Cream butter. Add sugar; beating well at medium speed. Add egg and beat well. Add oil and vanilla; mix well. Combine flour, soda and salt. Add to cream mixture. Add oats and remaining ingredients. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 15 minutes.
