FAST CORNBREAD 
1 c. cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. Wesson oil
1 c. buttermilk
1 egg
1 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. sugar

Pour small amount of Wesson oil in iron skillet. Place in oven and let it heat. Pour mixture in heated iron skillet. Bake at 500 degrees for 10 minutes.
