SPEEDY FRUIT SALAD 
3 med. bananas, sliced
1 (15 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 (21 oz.) can apricot pie filling
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Cut apricots in the filling into pieces and mix all 4 ingredients well. The pie filling makes an excellent coating for the fruit and will keep for several days. Very good served red beans.
