6 med. size white potatoes, cooked in jackets and diced
1 purple onion, chopped
1 white or yellow onion, chopped
1 garlic pod minced or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. chopped celery
1 med. size can of pimientos, chopped
1 sweet pepper, chopped
1 bunch of green onions and tops if available
About 1/2 c. chopped sour pickles
About 1/2 c. sweet pickles
5 hard boiled eggs, chopped
About 3/4 c. Miracle Whip
2 heaping tsp. horseradish mustard
About 1/2 or 3/4 c. sugar to taste
Black pepper, ground is best

Chop up 5 or 6 slices bacon, fried crisp. Pour bacon drippings on potatoes while both are hot. Mix all WELL after you put in container. Grate favorite cheese over all the top.
