GRANDMA'S POTATO SALAD 
3 to 4 lbs. potatoes, cooked and cubed
1 qt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 (5 oz.) can of evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. mustard
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
7 hard boiled eggs, peeled and diced
1 c. diced celery
3/4 c. diced onion
Sprinkle of paprika on top

Prepare potatoes and set aside to cool. Prepare eggs and set aside to cool. In a large bowl mix; mayonnaise, milk, sugar, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, eggs, celery and onion. Add potatoes to mayonnaise mixture in small amounts at a time, until all ingredients are completely mixed. Sprinkle paprika across the top.
