HAM & CHEESE LOAF 
6 slices bacon
1 c. cubed ham
1 c. cubed Swiss cheese
1 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. minced onion, (optional)

Fry bacon crisp, drain and crumble. Beat eggs until foamy. Add milk, flour, salt and baking powder, beat until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients, blend well. Pour into greased and lightly floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees 50 to 60 minutes.
