FROZEN PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
2 prepared chocolate cookie pie shells
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1/2 of 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 (16 oz.) containers Cool Whip

With a mixer or food processor, blend the peanut butter, sugar, cream cheese and milk. When thoroughly blended, fold in 1 container Cool Whip. Pour into pie shells. Cover with remaining container of Cool Whip. Freeze until ready to serve. Makes 2 pies.
