LEMON BARS 
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. flour
2 beaten eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Mix butter, powdered sugar and 1 cup flour as for a pie crust. Press in a 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. Mix eggs, sugar, lemon juice, 2 Tbsp. flour and baking powder together and spread over crust.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Cool and frost with powdered sugar and lemon juice.
