HOLIDAY CHEESE BALL 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) Old English
1 sm. Roquefort or Bleu cheese
1/2 c. grated onion
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. pecans
1/4 c. parsley

Mix thoroughly together the first 5 ingredients. Shape into a ball. Roll cheese ball first in pecans, then in the parsley. Chill 2 hours.
