DANDELION SPECIAL 
5 strips bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces
1/4 c. vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
Salt to taste
Young dandelions, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 onions, cut up

Fry bacon until crisp. Add vinegar, sugar and salt. Combine dandelions and onions. Pour bacon mixture over dandelions, wilt.
