BREADED DANDELION BLOSSOMS 
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. powdered milk
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 egg
1/2 c. flour
Pinch of salt
16 lg. fresh dandelion blossoms
Fat for deep-fat

Mix all ingredients except dandelion blossoms and fat. Wash blossoms lightly; drain. Do not allow to wilt. Dip blossoms into batter. Fry in deep fat until golden.
