HAM AND POTATO AU GRATIN 
6 med. potatoes
1 lb. ham, sliced
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 stick butter
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. milk

Peel and slice potatoes. Layer potatoes and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Layer sliced butter, cheese and ham. Repeat layers with cheese, ham and butter on top. Pour milk over all and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
