RHUBARB JAM | |
5 c. rhubarb, cut fine 5 c. sugar Cut rhubarb fine, add sugar in evening. Let rhubarb and sugar stand overnight. Add 1 package raspberries, if desired. Boil 6 minutes, then add 1 package raspberry Jello. Recipe may be doubled but add only 1 package raspberries. Refrigerate or freeze. Good on ice cream, too. |
