LEMON CHESS PIE 
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 stick butter, melted
pinch of salt

Mix eggs, sugar and flour together well. Add lemon juice slowly and mix well. Slowly add melted butter and mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 325°F to 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes.
