CHOCOLATE CHESS PIE 
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 stick butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 6 oz. can Pet or Carnation evaporated milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 pie shell

In small saucepan melt butter and blend in cocoa. Set aside to cool.

Mix remaining ingredients together and add cocoa mixture. Pour into pie shell.

Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes.

Filling will be soft but will thicken as it cools.

Serve with whip topping.
