SAUSAGE FRIED POTATOES 
4 lg. potatoes
1 lg. onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lb. pork sausage
2 tbsp. cooking oil

Dice potatoes and onions into small pieces. Salt and pepper to taste. Break sausage into small pieces. Heat oil; add potatoes, onions, and sausage. Cook over low heat until done. Pour off any accumulation of fat that might have cooked out of sausage.
