VELVET PEAR SALAD 
1 (29 oz.) can Bartlett pears
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Green food coloring
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 tsp. lemon juice

Dissolve lemon and lime Jello in boiling water. Whirl canned pears and syrup, dissolved Jello, cream cheese and lemon juice (a portion at a time) in blender. Pour into a 2-quart mold and refrigerate.
