HOME MADE BOLOGNA 
3 lbs. ground beef
3 tbsp. Morton's tender quick
1 c. water
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke

Mix well. Roll into small rolls. Wrap into Saran Wrap and refrigerate 24 hours. Bake 40 to 60 minutes at 300 degrees. (Your rolls should look like Polish sausage.) Take small piece and roll until round on table and wrap.
