SOUR CREAM BANANA BREAD 
1/2 c. butter
1-1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. sour cream
1-1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 ripe bananas, mashed

Mix all ingredients together except the bananas. After all is mixed, fold in bananas. Bake in greased and floured loaf pan at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. The mix makes good muffins too - bake 20-25 minutes.
