EASY NO BAKE CANDY COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt (opt.)
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. cold milk
1/2 c. chunky or smooth peanut butter
2 c. quick oats

Melt butter in heavy 1 1/2 quart saucepan. Stir in sugar, salt, cocoa and milk. Bring to a boil and boil exactly 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter then oats. Mix thoroughly and drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper. Cool then chill. Store air tight. Yield: about 56.
