BAKED HADDOCK, NEW ENGLAND STYLE 
3 1/2 lbs. haddock, deboned and cut into 6 portions

CRACKER TOPPING:

1/2 c. crushed unsalted crackers
1/2 c. chopped, fresh mushrooms
1/4 c. thinly sliced scallions
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 1/2 tbsp. seasoned salt
1/4 c. melted butter

Combine above and add 3-4 tablespoons lemon juice. Place on top of individual portions of fish. Add 6 slices of turkey bacon, chopped. Place on top of cracker topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until fish if flaky. Baste a couple of times. Serve with parsley and lemon wedges.
