SCALLOPED POTATOES 
1 lg. bag 2 lb. hash brown potatoes
1 stick butter
1/4 to 1/2 lb. Velveeta Cheese
1 pt. carton half and half

Mix butter, cheese, and liquid; melt together. Place hash browns in a 9x13 pan and pour liquid over. Let set 1 hour. Top with shredded Cheddar Cheese. Bake one hour in 350 degree oven.
