TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE 
2 c. (7 oz.) tuna, well drained
1 1/2 c. sour cream
3/4 c. milk
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Heat oven 350 degrees. Cook noodles in salted water; drain. Stir tuna, sour cream, milk, mushrooms and salt and pepper. Place in ungreased casserole 2 quart dish.

Mix bread crumbs, cheese and butter. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake uncovered 35-40 minutes until bubbly.
