1 stick butter 1 c. flour 2 tbsp. sugar Pinch of salt Blend together and pat into 7 x 11 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees about 15 minutes. Cool. 3 tbsp. flour 2 eggs 1/2 c. coconut 1 c. chopped nuts Mix sugar, flour, and eggs one at a time. Add coconut and walnuts. Spread over first layer. Bake at 325 degrees for about 25 minutes. Cool cut in bars. Make a thin confectioners' icing and dribble over top. |
