TURKEY & SHELLS 
3 lg. peppers
1 lg. onion
butter (enough to saute above)
1 (1 lb.) box med. pasta shells
1 lb. ground turkey
30 oz. Ragu spaghetti sauce (plain)
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Saute sliced peppers and onions in a large skillet. While peppers and onions are cooking, begin preparing shells as directed on box (boiling until tender). After peppers and onions are cooked, add ground turkey. Stir and cook until browned and cooked through. Add Ragu sauce and continue to heat. Drain shells; place back in pan. Add turkey-Ragu mixture. Mix well. Add in cheese and mix thoroughly.
