VANILLA WAFER CAKE 
5 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 lb. vanilla wafers, crushed
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. coconut

ICING:

12 oz. cream cheese
2 sticks butter
1/2 lb. coconut
1 box confectioners' sugar
2 c. pecans

Mix eggs, sugar, and milk. Add vanilla wafers and mix well. Add butter and baking powder. Beat until smooth. Stir in coconut. Pour into three 9-inch cake pans, greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

ICING: Mix cream cheese and butter. Add sugar until creamy. Add pecans and coconut. Spread on cooled cake layers.
