TACO MEAT 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 med. yellow onion
1 garlic clove
4 oz. tomato sauce
3/8 c. water
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tbsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Brown meat, onion and garlic in large skillet. Drain fat. Add remaining ingredients, stir well. Bring to boil, lower to simmer, stir often. Simmer for 20 minutes. Serves 4.
