CRIS'S BURRITOS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. Pace picante sauce
1/2 can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. chili powder
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 doz. flour burrito size tortillas
1 head lettuce, shredded
2 tomatoes, diced
2 c. grated cheese

Fry ground beef and garlic salt in large skillet. Stir often so meat will be crumbly. After meat is well done, mix in tomato sauce, picante sauce, and chili powder. Simmer 5 minutes. Place mixture in tortilla. Fold into burrito; garnish with lettuce, tomato, and cheese. Serve with Spanish rice.
