13 3/4 oz. chicken broth
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped fresh basil
2 tbsp. tomato paste
1 lg. clove garlic, crushed
8 oz. imitation crab meat
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
Salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
1 lb. asparagus (about 2 c.), trimmed and cut into 1 1/2 inches
1 tsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. Half & Half or light cream
1 med. fresh ripe tomato, cut into wedges (about 1 c.)
