NEW POTATOES WITH SAUCE 
10 potatoes (new or regular)
4 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/4 c. grated Longhorn Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream

Cook potatoes until tender. Slice potatoes. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
