KAFTA 
1 lb. finely ground lean lamb
1 whole small onion, minced
1/2 c. finely chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. allspice

TAHINI SAUCE:

1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
1 whole clove garlic
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. tahini

Brown ground lamb and add the rest of ingredients together well. For Tahini sauce: mash garlic and salt. Add tahini, mixing well. Gradually add water, then add lemon juice. Makes 4 servings.
