HAMBURGER BARBECUES 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 (8 oz.) can or 1 c. tomato sauce
1/4 c. catsup
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 scant tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Brown meat and add vegetables. Cook until vegetables are tender. Add remaining ingredients, which have been mixed together. Mix well. Cover. Bake at 325 degrees until desired consistency for buns, approximately 45 minutes.
