TACO PIE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. taco mix
1 pkg. crescent rolls
1 pkg. taco chips
1 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Use a large pie tin or square pan and pat rolls to cover bottom and sides of pan. Crunch up some taco chips to cover the crust. Brown hamburger, mix in taco seasoning and 1/2 cup water. Stir in 1 cup sour cream and pour mixture over chips. Sprinkle 1 cup Cheddar cheese on the top, and then another layer of crushed chips. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 4-6.
