PARMESAN MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. hamburger
1 egg, beaten
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Green pepper, diced
Onion, diced
Salt
Pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Oven temperature 350 degrees.

Mix thoroughly all ingredients except mushroom soup and shape into small balls. Cook in skillet in Crisco oil and butter combination (use half and half), until meatballs are cooked through. Put into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish and pour 1 can mushroom soup diluted with 1/2 cup water over meatballs. Heat through in oven. Sprinkle parsley flakes on top if desired.
