ANDREW'S FAVORITE MEAT BALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
3 fresh bread slices
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. minced onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup undiluted

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together all but butter and soup. Form into meat balls and brown in butter. Put browned meat balls in baking dish and pour soup over; bake for 1 hour.
