VEGETABLE DIP 
1/2 c. lowfat cottage cheese
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1/2 c. shredded white cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
Dill weed to taste

Place all ingredients in a blender. Whip until mixture is smooth. Makes 2 cups. Serve with cherry tomatoes, carrot sticks, radishes, sliced zucchini, cauliflowerets, cucumber slices, mushrooms, green pepper rings, celery sticks, sliced beets, green onions or asparagus tips.
