SHRIMP BISQUE 
1 lb. shrimp, peeled
1 sm. bunch of green onions
1 c. fresh parsley
1 stick butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 pt. half & half
3 tbsp. sherry

Saute shrimp in 1/2 stick butter. In a separate skillet, saute onions and parsley. Add flour and stir until smooth. Add shrimp to flour mixture. Simmer. Next, add half & half to the mixture slowly. Then add sherry, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Heat until hot and serve over rice.
