ARTICHOKE SALAD 
2 boxes chicken Rice-A-Roni
3 bunches green onion
1 green pepper
6 stalks celery
8 oz. jar green olives
12 oz. marinated artichoke hearts
Miracle Whip

Cook Rice-A-Roni as directed on box, omitting butter; let cool. Dice the following in a bowl: Green onion, green pepper, celery, and green olives. Take 12 ounce jar of marinated artichoke hearts and drain. Save the juice. Dice up artichokes and add to the above vegetables. After Rice-A-Roni has cooked, add to vegetables.

Mix Sauce: 6 tablespoons Miracle Whip with juice saved from the artichoke hearts. Add to vegetable mixture. Refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
