CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage (regular)
1 onion, bell pepper, chopped
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 sm. head cabbage
1 c. cooked rice
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz
Grated cheese

Boil cabbage until tender (chop). Brown ground beef with seasonings and sausage; drain. Add Rotel tomatoes, cooked cabbage and meat mixture; mix well. Add rice and cheese. Stir well, place in casserole dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
