CABBAGE - SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. real country sausage
1 sm. can tomatoes
2 pods garlic
1 med. head cabbage

Pour boiling water over cabbage. Let set until wilted. Separate the leaves and wrap a cup of the sausage in each leaf, folding in the ends like a bundle. Lay in heavy fryer or small roaster; when all are in, cut up the onion and garlic. Sprinkle all over. Pour on tomatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 3/4 hour or until done.
