JIMMY'S BARBECUE SAUCE 
1 qt. tomato juice
1 1/2 qts. water
1 c. chopped onion
3 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
1/2 c. vinegar
4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/2 c. mustard
3 tbsp. garlic powder
1 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. liquid smoke

Mix and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes.
