GIN CHICKEN 
1 lg. onion, sliced
2 bouillon cubes
4 bay leaves, sm.
8 capfuls or 1/4 c. gin
Parsley
Any combination of chicken

Brown chicken in butter. Add onions (brown), 1/4 cup gin, 1/2 teaspoon parsley and above ingredients. Thicken gravy with cornstarch. Simmer 1 hour and serve with rice.
