3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs, beaten
Milk, if necessary

TOPPING:

1 c. crushed cereal
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. flour
Dash cinnamon

Mix sweet potatoes, sugar, butter, salt, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon and eggs. Add milk if mixture is too thick. Bake in greased casserole in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Mix topping ingredients and bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
