TURKEY RICE CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) can condensed mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. diced turkey
3 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. buttered cereal crumbs
(Can add 1 cup peas, green beans, etc. and 2 c. rice)

Heat milk and soup, stirring constantly until smooth. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper and cooked turkey. Fold in rice. Put into a greased casserole then sprinkle with cereal crumbs. 350 degree oven. Bake 20-30 minutes. Serves 6.
